Users can upload content, generate platform-specific captions and descriptions with AI assistance, schedule posts, publish across supported platforms, and review performance in a centralized workflow.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Account Information
When you sign up for Publish Everywhere, we may collect information such as your name, email address, login credentials, and other account details you provide.
Connected Account Information

Content and User Inputs

3. Google User Data
If you connect a Google account, Publish Everywhere may access Google user data only as needed to provide the Google-related features you choose to use, such as sign-in, account connection, and supported publishing functionality.
Google user data may be used to:
- authenticate your identity
- connect your Google or YouTube account
- enable publishing or account-related features you request
- display or process information necessary for those features inside Publish Everywhere
We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.
In particular, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for targeted advertising.
4. AI-Assisted Features
Publish Everywhere may use user-provided content and inputs to generate platform-specific captions, descriptions, post variations, and related content outputs.
These AI-assisted features are used to provide the user-facing functionality of the service. We do not claim that all generated outputs are always accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose, and users remain responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information only:
- with vendors or service providers that help operate the service
- when necessary to provide features requested by the user
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Publish Everywhere, our users, or others
- in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you disconnect a third-party account or request deletion of your account, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify applicable information within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, backup, or fraud-prevention needs.

8. Team and Workspace Features
If Publish Everywhere allows users to invite team members or collaborators, account and workspace-related information may be visible to authorized members of the same workspace or team as needed for the service to function.

Publish Everywhere connects with third-party services and platforms. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
10. Children's Privacy
Publish Everywhere is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International Use
If you access Publish Everywhere from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where service providers supporting the platform operate.

If you connected Publish Everywhere through Facebook, Instagram, or Threads and submit a deletion request from Meta's Apps and Websites settings, we also process those requests through our Meta data deletion callback flow.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
